Recently, some users with email addresses from certain domains, such as Hotmail, Outlook, and Live, have experienced issues receiving incoming emails, which may also affect two‑factor authentication. These issues are external and not related to the Wildland Fire Learning Portal. The Learning Portal is functioning as intended.
As we continue to explore available multi‑factor authentication options, you may or may not be prompted to complete a verification step when logging in to the Learning Portal.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
